John Hedgecoe is an award winning photographer who has published over 30 books on photography and founded the Photography department in the Royal College of Art in 1965.

• FACTUAL (a summary of who the photographer is and when - keep to facts)
• the CONTEXT (where is the photo in their body of work / show you understand how that photo fits with the rest of a group of work - what was the world like when it was made)
• TECHNICAL (how do you think it was created / any comments about cameras, lenses. lights etc - a technical how to comment)
• AESTHETIC (the look or style of it - what do you like about it - this is the sharing opinion bit)

First analysis          Vee Speer’s

FACTUAL: Vee Speer's was born in 1962 Newcastle is an Australian photographer who specialized in fashion photography.

CONTEXT: this photo fits in with a series of images called the birthday party this photo shows that maybe this photo was shown to make people realize what was going on in the world.

TECHNICAL: I would say that this photo was taken with a white sheet background and using a standard lens ad using standard room lighting.

AESTHETIC: I like this photo because it really shows how horrific child soldiers were.
